Himalayan Crystal Salt It had millions of years to mature under great tectonic pressure, far from any exposure to impurities. Primal energy from millions of years ago is stored in crystal salt's unique structure. All its inherent minerals and trace elements are available in colloidal form. This guarantees that the body is able to absorb necessary potassium, calcium, magnesium and trace elements. Himalayan Our common cooking salt does not contain the vital elements that make crystal

History of the “White Gold” We are rediscovering a lot of knowledge about the effects of natural crystal salt. The salt that we know as cooking, table or common salt no longer matches the original meaning of the word “salt", for it consists only of sodium chloride (NaCl). That is not the salt found in nature. It fortunately still exists in its primordial form. This salt, in its natural, synergistic combination of many of the basic substances known as natural elements is very different from pure sodium chloride, which lacks these crucial life-supporting nutrients. Scientists recognize that natural crystal salt consists not only of the sodium chloride (NaCl) but also of other elements - those thought to be the same elements of which the planet Earth was composed, and from which original life and our bodies developed. Our body fluids, which make up 70% of our weight, contain the same salts and almost the same ratio of components as seawater. Our blood is basically nothing more than modified seawater with all its trace elements. Each of these elements has a specific electromagnetic field with a specific frequency. The interaction of these naturally present trace elements in salt is very important for our body, as witnessed in the expression “salt of life”. The highest grade of natural salt is crystal salt. The minerals and trace elements contained in crystal salt are present in colloidal form (i.e. they are so small that they can be absorbed by the cell through the cellular membrane). This means that such necessary elements as potassium, calcium and magnesium as well as trace minerals are readily absorbed by the body. The story of who stole “white gold”, or crystal salt, is not a mystery. First, crystal salt began to be refined by man, reducing it to sodium chloride. This was not to purify it but rather to extract all the naturally present elements in the primordial salt. To do this, a costly chemical process requiring over 2,000 chemicals is used. What is extracted are substances like germanium, gold, and magnesium, just to name a few. These elements are sold separately at great profit. 93% to 95% of the refined salt goes to industry, where pure sodium chloride is required for chemical processes. The rest of the production, approximately 5 to 7%, goes to the food processing industry. Our cooking salt is practically all iodized even though is has been scientifically proven many times that the side effects of this forced iodization are detrimental. In recent years, the diseases caused by artificial iodization have increased by leaps and bounds. Other chemical substances such as aluminum are added to our table salt to make it pour easily. In our daily food the average consumer ingests between 12 to 20 grams (0.35 – 0.42 ounces) of refined salt. Healthy kidneys can process only 5 to 7 grams (0.18 - 0.25 oz) per day. The rest remains in the body. The body needs twenty-three fold volume of water to bind and isolate salt. For that, the body will resort to using cellular water, which it extracts from its cells if there is not enough water in the blood and lymph. With its vital cell water drained, the cells wither and die. Continuous loss of cellular water brings on dehydration and we slowly dry out. This is a chronic problem for people today. When the body can no longer spare cellular water to maintain its 23:1 ratio of water to sodium chloride, the latter reacts with amino acids and results in the formation of kidney stones and crystal deposits in the bones and joints. Through the isolation and binding of sodium chloride with water the body produces watery tissue, a tissue without any function and an ideal culture medium for deposits and bacteria. As long as sodium chloride is consumed it is difficult to get rid of excess weight and resultant watery tissue. Sodium chloride overload starts in childhood. Ironically, at the same time we suffer from a deficit of salt - the real salt that builds the electrolytic management in the body and produces the electricity that is so important for the nervous system. Sea saltIn contrast to refined cooking salt, sea salt contains the naturally present trace elements. Unfortunately, with recent extensive water pollution, sea salt can be loaded with harmful substances, especially heavy metals, which generate negative biophysical frequencies. Natural saltNatural salt, or pure crystal salt, is the best alternative to cooking or sea
salt. In earlier times, it was known as "king’s salt". It is a
natural salt that gave rise to such expressions as "the salt of life"
or "white gold"’. Natural salt matured over millions of years under
high pressure, and it was not exposed to contamination. When crystal salt is put in water, it will dissolve until the solution becomes saturated at 26%. This is called brine. During the saturation process, energy is released. This is the same hydration energy that was absorbed into the salt when it dried out of a sea millions of years ago. It is almost impossible for our bodies to absorb too much crystal salt since this natural process is self-regulating. Natural crystal salt always has a balancing effect so that high blood pressure does not result. On the contrary, through the balancing effect high blood pressure is reduced and low blood pressure is raised. Note:
